Question?

I see you have a Purdue at a 10 seed. But you have Notre Dame, Alabama, Memphis, and Virginia on your 7 line.

If you look at the numbers Purdue they have just as good of numbers then ND(your #1 7 Seed). Bama, Memp have better RPI,SOS but lack Top 50 wins compared to Purdue, while Purdue also has one more Top 25 win. With Virginia, it isn't even close IMO. Purdue RPI is one less then Virginia but has a much better SOS and more Top 50/100 wins.

First off, the seed list does not reflect the true S-Curve rankings.

Second, Purdue is a true 9-seed that had to be shifted down to 10because of bracket principles.

I'll admit I have Memphis a bit too high. ND will drop a little after its loss. I think Virginia had a better non-con performance but I can see how that could be considered a wash. I'll take all of this into consideration in the future.
